Stems from our nature

How do we define ourselves? Where do I begin, and where do my vibrations merge with those of another? The Hungarian language refers to the physical and spiritual nature within us as our ‘being’. Beyond social roles, it points towards a more fundamental, inner landscape, where we can discover the answers to these questions from our deepest selves. Balancing on the boundary between the familiar and the unfamiliar, the performance explores the sense of self-identity with an introspective, sensitive gaze.

Head to Head

The performance explores the fragile dynamics of human relationships, from vulnerable intimacy to the alienation of the modern world. Movements gradually become faster and more intense, while humorous moments help to ease the tension. This deeply personal piece ultimately offers hope: it reminds us of the strength that lies within us and of those who support us.

Boléro

What is revealed about a person when the structures that define the routines of our everyday lives gradually dissolve? As the repetitive rhythm and steadily increasing intensity of Ravel’s Boléro unfold, a dignified, majestic ritual takes shape on stage. The movements, the glances, and the encounters gradually become part of a shared ritual. The flow of the music reveals new layers: the desire for connection, the search for community, and the fundamental impulses of human existence. This process, which is built up gradually, evokes both discipline and self-surrender, order and the release of emotions. That is how Boléro becomes a captivating ritual in which, beneath the glittering surface, the deeper, timeless forces of human nature are revealed.
