ANTECH has been a family-run estate for six generations, mainly dedicated to the production of sparkling wines. The winery creates three protected appellations: Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette de Limoux and Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale.
Our guest for the evening will be Baptiste Antech Gazeau, son of Françoise Antech, who will personally guide guests through the story of the estate, its sparkling wines and the unique character of the Limoux region.
During the tasting, you’ll get an insight into a wine region where sparkling wine traditions go back centuries, and where Mauzac, Chenin, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir form the foundation of ANTECH’s elegant, fresh and characterful sparkling wines.
